India Dugat is an entrepreneur, executive operator, published author, and the founder behind Wellington Group.
Before entrepreneurship, she spent nearly two decades inside Fortune 500 executive operations, supporting leadership teams, managing high-level logistics, and operating within environments where professionalism, responsiveness, and presentation were non-negotiable.
That experience ultimately became the operational foundation behind Wellington Group.
Over the years, the company expanded into multiple divisions serving clients nationwide across loan signing services, tax preparation, professional training, operational support, and experience-based ventures — all built with the same expectation: operate at a higher level.
